As a psychotherapist, I integrate a number of theories and frameworks that I have found the most compelling and helpful over my time in the field. Below are the modalities, lenses, and populations that I draw from and focus on the most often--we may combine a number of these in our work together, or we may utilize just one or two. The path we take depends on your goals for the therapy, your personal preferences, and my clinical judgment.
